Whether you choose fresh or frozen cherries, these sliders are just as delicious all year round.   Cherry Chutney Pork Slider Ingredients I recommend making your cherry chutney in advance. It will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge and will be ready to take along for Tailgator parties to bring something new to the table. The pork patties themselves are very simple. I added a little cayenne because the spicy/sweet mix of the patty and chutney is delicious. You could fire them up further with some chili flakes or omit the cayenne altogether if you don’t like spice. Either way, you will have a great savory accompaniment for your sweet cherry chutney.
